May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within. 

I assume your on a tariff / contract type that allows Wi-Fi calling and that the feature is turned On in the Connection Settings within your phone.

WiFi calling isn’t working on Vodafone, try these common fixes:

• Check if WiFi Calling is Enabled 
• Restart Your Phone 
• Check Your WiFi Connection 
• Update Carrier Settings
• Try a Different WiFi Network
• Reset Network Settings
