Roaming abroad

Hello, I am currently studying abroad in Greece, so I bought an e-sim there, and I am currently on vacation in Hungary which says my plan covers it and is in the Roam-free destinations when I go into the barring management it says that my Roaming Bar(when abroad) is inactive so I am not sure why my roaming data is not working. I see my phone has a connection to the Vodafone HU however it still will not allow me to use my roaming data. I have attempted to restart my phone, remove and add the e-sim, etc.

Hi @drc71206. We understand the importance of keeping connected, especially while abroad. You've mentioned that you've purchased an eSIM in Greece. To double-check (as we're only able to assist with UK related queries), are you referring to your roaming services on the SIM from Greece, or a UK SIM?
