When I came back and went into the store to check what was happening I was told there was nothing thag could be done! My number still goes to my voicemail and I have still have credit on my phone! Please can someone help! I don’t want to lose my number!

Hello 👋 @Chevsitt
I appreciate how frustrating it must be to have lost a number you've used for that long.
As a Vodafone Store has advised this the next step would be to ring customer service or use Live Chat or engage with the Vodafone Social Media team.

But there is a very short window of opportunity to have the number thats not been used for a set period of time to be returned. If a payg number hasn't been used for 180 consecutive days then it can be stopped.
May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
