Vodafone sure signal - can't be bought

I just went online to order a Vodafone sure signal because the signal isn't good enough where I live. Your online form is broken - and wouldn't let me order it online. Customer services informed me they couldn't help. Can you?

The Sure Signal can be purchased either online or in store. We’re unable to order these for you I’m afraid.

I’m not aware of any faults with ordering these online, so try clearing your cache and cookies and try in another browser as this should work.
