Can you let me know exactly what light sequence you are seeing?

 

In the meantime, I’ve re-synced the Sure Signal as requested.

The issue you’re seeing is down to the firmware you’ve currently got on your Sure Signal.

 

I’ve just requested for the update to be sent over to you, please leave the Sure Signal switched on and connected over the next 48 hours until this has been done.
