Network issues- not recieving calls

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
No this happens at home and outside at random times
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Yes
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
I still get signal on top left hand side but when someone calls me, it rings on their end but i do no receive it on mine so to the oerson calling me it seems as though i just ignored their calls


5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
All
6) When did you first notice this issue?
Back in january
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Hi @Aamina123

 

From looking at your postcode I can see some maintenance work has been carried out in your area. 

"We've been doing some work on our network in this area to improve your calls coverage. Sorry if you noticed any disruption - we were working between 8am 10 Jul 2017 and 8pm 11 Jul 2017"

Very occasionally it can take the masts a few extra days to fully settle and Network Signal come back up to full speed. 

Hopefully yours will improve very soon.
