Porting problems

Anyone able to give me any advice of where to turn.

I gave vodafone my pac number on Friday 30th September expecting the number to be ported over on Monday. We are now Wednesday and its still not working.  I am able to call out and text but I am not receiving any calls or texts unless its from a vodafone number.

Vodafone customer service phone and chat are virtually useless.  I am being told different things everytime I call.  One yesterday 100% guaranteed it would be done by 4pm that day well suffice to say it wasnt.

Any advice much appreciated!!!!

Hi

 

This could be a split port where not all the files have settled properly. 

 

Customer service should have passed this to the porting in teams. 

 

Sometimes soft reboot by turning the phone off and on can help. Porting does not happen over a weekend so this can occasionally delay the process. 

 

You could escalate if you wish by ringing.

Thanks for your reply.  Yes it has been passed to porting team and apparently I have been put on priority list.  I have turned it off and on but still nothing.

I will try the number you suggested thank-you.
