Clearing an item off my Credit Report

I have an outstanding amount on my credit history that I would like to discuss and clear.  If you can't clear it I would like to know how I can.

Hi Steph,  

I tried the Social Media Team link you sent.  Unfortunately, the only Social media account I have is LinkedIn, so I couldn't use that system.  When I tried TOBI it couldn't recognise my old account number 30830208.  I got this error message "

Security verification required

Sorry, you don't have a number registered to this account to send an access code to. Call 03333 040 191 or call 191 from a Vodafone phone."  I tried to call the number but each automated choice option also needed an account.
