Just got a Sure Signal V3 as I live where there is no Vodafone Coverage.

It has been successfully registered but the white light blinks for 2 two days interupted by a falshing red light and 2 amber lights from time to time.

Did the the diagnostics and they are as follows:

ping = 22ms

download = 51Mbps

upload = 9Mbps

SN = 42171483649

Trace Route results are (which seems to be the problem?):

Traceroute has started…

@dolomitejunkie - I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems with your new Sure Signal.

Everything you’ve posted looks fine. If you can let us know your IP address, we’ll check if this is on our whitelist.

Please get back to us with which lights are doing what (power, internet, service and in use), as I’m not sure from what you’ve posted, exactly which ones are flashing amber, white or staying steady.

In the meantime, I’ve performed a resync of the Sure Signal to see if this helps get things sorted – you’ll need to leave everything plugged in and uninterrupted for six hours, to make sure this completes. :Smiling:

Thank you for your help!

It amazingly started to work early on Sunday morning and I think your resync has caused it not work again!

I will wait the six hours/overnight and see what happens and report in in the morning.

@dolomitejunkie Are you able to let us know if it's now up and running for you? :smileyhappy:

Yes it was for two weeks worked a treat.

Over the weekend the symptoms have returned sadly and I cannot rectify even using the the various reset methods that worked before.  Nothing has changed in the setup at all.

Is it worth another resync?

@dolomitejunkie - Your Sure Signal hasn't connected to our servers since 22 July, so I've done another resync for you this afternoon.

Please leave everything plugged in and uninterrupted for six hours again, to make sure this completes. :Smiling:

Many thanks, will let you know who it goes.  22 July sounds about right for when it dropped out.

Still no change here.  Not like last time where it was going through a cycle of trying to make a connection.  It is just contstantly as the attached image.

Very annoying as I now have to forward all my calls to the landline and to do so means walking/driving to the nearest hill half a mile away of I forgot to do it!

The good news is that it came alive yesterday evening and worked as normal.

The bad news is that we had a power cut this morning and we are back to square one.

I will let it run for another 24 hours and report in.
