Just got a Sure Signal V3 as I live where there is no Vodafone Coverage.
It has been successfully registered but the white light blinks for 2 two days interupted by a falshing red light and 2 amber lights from time to time.
Did the the diagnostics and they are as follows:
ping = 22ms
download = 51Mbps
upload = 9Mbps
SN = 42171483649

Appologies, I should have replied to let you know all is well.
Whixh it has been for a few weeks and incredible useful.
However, yesterday the phone just stopped connecting. The SS Box was fine the lights all good.
I made the mistake of reseting the SS box so I guess we will need a resync?
Once again appologies. Not sure what the solution to a phone not connecting is? Clearly not resetting the SS Box!

Your Sure Signal last made contact with the network on 9 August at 11.04am.
I've done another resync for you. The same as before, please leave everything plugged in for six hours, to make sure it completes.
If it’s still not working after this, please let us know what light sequence you're seeing and your external IP address from here.

Is there a possibility that the lights were fine but it was not in effect connected to the network and hence my phone could not see the Vodafone signal?
Give me 24 hours!

Sadly been trying all weekend without any luck.
Please advise on how we proceed to try and get this working again.

As we'd like to take a closer look into this for you, please let us know your IP address and the light sequence that you're currently seeing.

Thank you for this confimation.
I think your observation follows a useful session with your technical staff in which we may have finally resolved what the issue maybe.
So far this is now working seamlessly as is the WiFi Calling functionality.
