I got a new Iphone in the hosue and it wouldn't connect to the suresignal. I reset the device as suggested on the forum, the power light is on but the two lights on sure signal have been flashing for about a week now, and no mobiles can connect.

Any help much appreciated

@Natasha
Thank you for your reply.

Please remember that the only difference between Friday 18/11 and today (23/11) is that the old SSv3 unit failed. So I fail to see why I'd need to now change my router settings to allow port forwarding.

I have spoken to my VERY technical ISP and they have said that they don't do ANY filtering of ports or traffic, but I will double check this.

For your information, I have also now tried a different router at home:
A Netgear NightHawk D7000

and a
Zyxel unit provided directly by my ISP.

Any other suggestions would be welcome.
Thanks
Simon
