Cannot access VeryMe Rewards on Vodafone App

Hi,

I am on PAYG with Vodafone and the Vodafone app works for top-ups and checking balance. However, I cannot access the VeryMe rewards part of the app as when I click on it I get an error code 6201. I have attached a screenshot.

 

I also cannot access Tobi from my phone as I get the same error code. I rang and spoke to an advisor who told me they couldn't help and to call into a Vodafone store, which I did. They looked at the app and said they couldn't fix it either, that I need technical help from Vodafone.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @bronzeman, thanks for your post and the screenshot. Can you access the rest of the My Vodafone app, all the sections where you can top up and see your usage? What's the make and model of your device that you app downloaded on?

Hi Mark,

 

I am using a Motorola Moto G9 Plus.

 

Yes the other sections of the app such as top-up and balance are working fine, only the VeryMe Rewards and Tobi sections don't work.

Thanks for letting us know @bronzeman - out of interest have you registered the Pay as you go account, so that it's under your name rather than a blank account? Have you tried deleting the app completely, clearing your internet history and redownloading the latest version of the app?

Pay as you go customers are able to access to a selection of rewards. - you'd just need to top up a minimum of £10 every 6 weeks to unlock even more rewards 🎉
