Extending the ring time before ansaphone kicks in

I have tried using **61*121*11*30# to try extend my ringtime to 30 seconds but this doesn’t work and the only message I get is “MMI code started”

I then check to see if it has worked by using *#61# and it is still set at 15 seconds

I have also restarted the phone and this makes no difference.

Did try to speak to a human at Vodafone but it seems that is also an impossible task.

It should work.   I changed mine a while ago and I've just checked - it's 30 seconds.   Give it another go and, if it's still not working (I don't think you get a confirmation now), contact the Social Media team on Facebook or Twitter and they'll be able to look into it for you.
