Pairing my phone to my car. I must have tried about 30 times ,unsuccessfully.

Doro 6880 mobile. Shows a no entry sign next to headphones, and although the car claims the pairing has been successful, the phone asks me to try again !

Thank you for replying. I will give that a try, but I think there is a fault with the phone. It won't pair with my Skoda, or my brothers Audi, or my sisters Seat.

Thank you for replying. When I try to pair my phone with my car it seems to recognise the car, but a symbol appears at the side of the name of the car. The symbol is a pair of headphones and a no entry sign. To check if the problem was the two being incompatible, I tried pairing the phone with my brothers Audi and my sisters Seat, and got the same symbol. It is as if the phone is locked to something.

I have tried a factory reset and updated the software. It remains the same.
