First of all, make sure that wifi calling is enabled on your account - you can do this via the MyVodafone app. You can also text CALLING to 97888. If the facility is shown as available on the app, try turning it off, then wait for the confirmation text and turn it on again.
The switch for wifi calling is usually under Settings|Network, but the device guide here will confirm the exact procedure for your phone.
