Cannot Create Device Config

Hi

I have had an issue where my Google Nest Doorbell has drained battery despite being plugged in.

I've seen my father-in-law's do this when the internet connection is unstable, a poor design from Google, but having Openreach come out and fixed his connection and no problem. 

I've started here as a troubleshooting excersise and when checking the logs, I seem to have lots of these events. What are the below messages? I've seen some other firewall messages, but this just repeats. I haven't seen any drops or other issues, so probably a red herring!

Still curious as to what these are though, thanks !
