Openreach failed yet again to turn up so how do I request a mobile Dongle

I did and they basically said tough.not a chance. So nothing new .

Thank you for updating me @grahamwass, with the mobile dongle, it would be a decision for the Broadband team and if they can offer or not, but as long as they have provided an update and checked why they have failed to visit again so they can try to expedite the next visit and make sure they do come round and set up the service as soon as possible.
