Still waiting to be connected after 5 months

My connection date for broadband was meant to be the 18th November 2022, 5 months later and I still haven’t been connected. I only received compensation for 60 days, what about the other 90? How long does it take OpenReach to get a permit to dig up a small patch (about 20cm) of the pavement outside my front garden? You disconnected my old line (you assured me you wouldn’t) and now I’m left using a dongle to try and get my work done from home. Every time I call you for an update I get told to call back in 2 weeks time when you will have a new update from OpenReach, but the updates are useless. 5 months I’ve been waiting! Must be one of the worst customer experiences ever.
