Conditional Call Forwarding

Call forwarding allows you to automatically send incoming calls to another phone number (either a landline or mobile). For Vodafone business customers, call forwarding is only available for customers with 1-9 phone lines. 

You can set up call forwarding by logging in to My Vodafone, using the settings on your phone, or with one of the following methods.

Please note: if you're on Pay as you go, you can only forward incoming calls to voicemail.

Forward my calls to another number 

To activate:
• Dial **21* 
• Enter the number you want to forward your calls to, replacing the first 0 with +44
• Press call or send

E.g. To forward all calls to 07700900123, you’d enter **21*+447700900123#

To cancel:
• Dial ##21#
• Press call or send

To check the status:
• Dial *#21#
• Press call or send

Forward my missed or unanswered calls to another number

To activate:
• Dial **21* 
• Enter the number you want to forward your calls to, replacing the first 0 with +44
• Press call or send

E.g. To forward all calls to 07700900123, you’d enter **21*+447700900123#

To cancel:
• Dial ##21#
• Press call or send

To check the status:
• Dial *#21#
• Press call or send

Forward calls when my phone is busy

To activate:
• Dial **67* 
• Enter the number you want to forward your calls to, replacing the first 0 with +44
• Press call or send

E.g. To forward all calls to 07700900123, you’d enter **67*+447700900123#

To cancel:
• Dial ##67#
• Press call or send

To check the status:
• Dial *#67#
• Press call or send

Forward calls when my phone is switched off 

To activate:
• Dial **62* 
• Enter the number you want to forward your calls to, replacing the first 0 with +44
• Press call or send

E.g. To forward all calls to 07700900123, you’d enter **62*+447700900123#

To cancel:
• Dial ##62#
• Press call or send

To check the status:
• Dial *#62#
• Press call or send

Cancel all forwarding 

To cancel:
• Dial ##002#
• Press call or send

Change the ringing time before forwarding

To change the ringing time:
• Dial **61* 
• Enter the number you want to forward your calls to, replacing the first 0 with +44
• Enter the number of seconds you want to wait
• Press call or send

E.g. To change the ringing time for 07700900123 to ten seconds, you’d enter **61*+447700900123**10*
