In the event of a bereavement, if you need to cancel a contract with Vodafone we have a dedicated Bereavement team to help make this as easy as possible.

We’ve created a Bereavement Support video with further information and contact details.

 

 

The team can:

  • Close the account for you
  • Transfer the account to someone else
  • Move the account to Pay as you go
  • Move the account to another network

There are two ways to get in touch with our Bereavement team: 

  1. You can call them on 0333 304 8050, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm – if there’s a queue, we’ll let you know the current queue time and also give you the option to arrange call back at a better time for you.
  2. You can also fill in the online form – we’ll just need the deceased account holder’s details, your details and a copy of the death certificate ready to scan or upload.

Any changes can take up to 30 days and we’ll email you once they take effect.
