1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
No. Seems to be a problem on the entire street.
2) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Yes.
3) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
Poor mobile broadband connectivity. The mobile internet just drops sometimes. Other times it is really slow.
4) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
Problem with all
5) When did you first notice this issue?
Ever since I moved into the neighbourhood (3 days ago)
6) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?
Permanent.

Hi @wrl_lewis I have taken a look at the masts your service would be connecting to and we have been running some maintenance, this is due to complete over the next few days so you should find your service slowly improve over the next few days. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
