Is mobile wifi the answer?

In short, I have a R218h which we used for a few years until we went wired. we need wifi for a TV and light use in our annexe which is too far from the house to extend our wifi from the house (i have tried extenders) 

So all i want is to be able to get wifi over there and the cheapest possible way. can I unlock this device to use with a data sim ? 

its just for my mother who is coing to live with us for TV use. what would you suggest?

@stumpy75 - thanks for messaging us to check this. If this was used on Vodafone before, you'll be able to get a data only SIM from us. Alternatively, please take a look at our other Mobile Broadband options.
