Hi, hoping someone can shed some light on this for me please!
We have installed a Kyocera M5526CDW into a customers office. They don’t have any broadband, so use a 4G dongle for internet connectivity. It is the Vodafone R219z.
The Kyocera MFP is connected via WiFi direct to the 4G dongle, this is allowing us to print to the machine. We just can’t seem to get the scan to email function working. Customer uses office 365 which we have setup many times so believe it is all configured correctly.
Is there something else stopping this from working when connected using WiFi direct to a dongle?
If it is of any use, we get errors 1101, 2101 and 3101 which are all related to the SMTP server.
