i have been made aware that I have 3 outstanding bills in my name as someone has took a contract out in my name.
How do I go about getting this cleared as it hasnt been paid since 2016 as I've not been told until today?
Finally once this is paid how do I get Vodafone to take this of my credit file?

If a contract has been taken out in your name that wasn't you then they'll open a fraud investigation and if it is the case then they'll remove the incorrectly applied default after the investigation has been concluded.

thank you for your response. This was meant to be done ages ago and they said it was but it's still on my file and I am struggling terribly to improve my credit with this 😞
