my R207 pocket wifi shows battery light for 8 flashes then turns it self on when i plug it in but i cant see the wifi network

is mine broken or is it just the battery?

mine has the green lights on but i cant find my wifi network what do i do

its like the power button trys to turn it on when it shows the battery light

If you can get to a Vodafone Highstreet Store I'd pop in there with it @Lindaman1234 and they'll take a look for you.

If it is a fault then if covered under warranty they'll sort it out for you.

Alternatively it may just be something they can reset.

If you can't get to a Highstreet Store then speak with customer services on 0333 3040191,  191 from a Vodafone phone or Live.
