You are not going to get a good response to your question with that little sentence, and you will need to give a better explanation.


You mention a SIM.  Would this be for

  • mobile broadband ?
  • a  PAYG voice SIM? or
  • pay monthly?

With more details, you will get a good response.


edited to add:  At a guess this is a PAYG SIM card, if this is correct, the SIM should be preactivated and all that should need to be done is to top up and make a chargeable activity.
