We've had the OneNet service for a number of year and recent had 4g calling activated however we have found some odd issues which Vodafone technical support don't seem to have an answer for.
If 4g / wifi calling are 'on' within the phone settings (Android or iphone) then Conference Call for more than 2 people and explicit call transfer cannot be used - the phone menu disappears and short codes just don't work.
However turn these settings off so the 3G infrastructure is used for voice and the features reappear and all short codes work.
Some suggest OneNet supports 4g calling and it does allow calls to go over LTE but with limited functionality. We additionally noticed a couple of issues receiving calls on a hunt group but we think this is a signal strength issue with 4g.

The only option I can see is continuing to use 3G for voice services and disabling VoLTE, by doing this the call options appear in the native menu. I've had different views from Vodafone call centre staff stating 4G voicev is fully supported to not knowing what OneNet is!

The OneNet service does support both WiFi and VoLTE calling service @FLG, to use this to make conference calls between devices connected to your account, all the attendees of the call would need to have this service enabled on compatible phones. If you reach out to our dedicated OneNet customer services team on 0808 256 4201 we'll be more than happy to make sure the handsets you're using are compatible with this service, that it's enabled on your account and set up correctly on your phones.

Interestingly I have spoken to the OneNet team already - it seems this has been moved to an offshore call centre who are new and this is where the issue is. I have been told that VoLTE is supported but the calling features are not therefore you can only make & received call via 4G / Wifi but cannot transfer or add more that 1 other person to a conference call.
It is possible to blind transfer someone using #132#(number)* but this is not always successful and sometimes 'looses' the caller with a network message 'The service cannot be used' you cannot use Explicit Call Transfer on 4G as although you can hold the call and dial the other internal number you cannot then transfer the call and clear your own line - even the 'cheat' option dosn't work.

I've now (after 2 hours of enquiries with Vodafone) found the likely answer -
Calls made via IMS (so 4G LTE & Wifi) do not feature all of the network services that are available via GSM, to be honest there was a time when OneNet customer could use 4G calling at all so it's a start but the reason for this seems at odds with reality!
The advisor I spoke to suggested these services are blocked due to fraud for all customers - this is just daft as if the services are available over GSM there is no extra fraud risk with them being available over IMS - it's not as if they are using more data because the service is faster or that different call charges are incurred by me over GSM or IMS.
I just wish Vodafone could give definitive answers for what really is a simple question!
