Split Port Issue

Ported to Vodafone on the 5th of January 2019 from Plusnet (EE), since then no one from EE can call or text me . Called 191 and been through all of their advice and a new SIM bib still have the same problem .


I see from past posts that a split Port can cause this, can someone help please!?!?!?!

Your correct @Turner1980. A split port in request will normally mean that calls and texts from the originating network can't get through. I'm sorry if you've not been able to get this resolved. We do have a process to fix this.
