Unless your device is using VoLTE then you aren't using 4G or 5G for calls! I've seen some very good speeds on 5G and none too shabby on 4G too, I've also seen absolutely appalling - it depends on where you are. Frankly though other than when I'm on holiday and using my mobile as a hotspot, or when testing, during normal use I'm rarely ever going to push my connection.
So, your connection when you test it, is slower that you would imagine, but what are you doing where that speed becomes a problem?
