App freezing

App keeps freezing, is anyone else seeing this? Just getting red screen with small bit of the logo, then nothing!

Hi @Denverdoo  working fine for me, you could try uninstalling then reinstall and set up again?

Depending on what phone a person is using a person could clear the cache of the app via something similar to settings, apps, choose the app in conflict, storage, clear cache.

 

If needed also clear data.

 

That or sometimes just a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On helps or even uninstall and reinstall a fresh copy @Denverdoo

Hi @Denverdoo 

 

I suspect the problem here may be related to the network being unable to locate your account.

 

You don't mention if you are using WiFi or mobile data, if you are using WiFi trying turning this off and using your  mobile data allowance on your ipad, this will enable the network to locate your account. 

 

There should be no need to uninstall the application, the application is working and if this was done, you would also need to uninstall the application from your icloud account.
