I have rang up several times this week trying to get a day for a phone to be delivered, that was meant to be here a week ago now and been told 5 different excuses. It was meant to be delivered a week ago and I am now told it is DPD at fault and have no estimated delivery date. What's going on?
This is exactly the poor response it seems every customer has to deal with. If orders haven't been dispatched we can't track them and now we are left in limbo
I wish they'd send an email out saying there are massive delays on orders around black Friday being dispatched. They say this when you contact them but will always pretend individual cases are exceptions to the norm for PR reasons. So frustrating!
