I have often wondered what  the significance of the two people in the banner picture have with Vodafone, are they jumping around holding their phones up hoping to find a mobile signal?, are they jumping for joy that they have finally managed to leave Vodafone?, are they so disgusted with the service that they are chucking their phones in the lake or are they about to commit suicide and jump in the lake themselves?

I have always taken it as a symbol of the freedom a mobile phone gives you.

I've always thought it was quite a nice artistic shot with 2 people together symbolising the "community" aspect of the forum.

I've always wondered why they're wearing pyjamas.

Might be fun to see if members have any thoughts / suggestions of their own to what picture / icon etc that could replace the current option.

I didn't say we should replace it 😄 but that it would be fun to discuss / have an opinion.

Personally I don't care for the banner very much but at least it represents how the 20,950,000 customers feel who, like me, are perfectly happy with the service they receive as opposed to the 50,000 who are unhappy. My own estimates of course based on publicly available data and no inside knowledge.
