I cannot log in to my Vodafone account. My details are not recognised

Have you been able to login in previously @19Pinklady ?
If you've just joined Vodafone then you may need to let your account reach its first payment stage before your myvodafone can update.
If via the app then try clearing the apps cache and data and if necessary delete from your phone and your app library and then download a fresh.
If via your myvodafone online option try clearing your browsers history and cache and cookies and or try another browser or device.
Ultimately as their is no account access via this forum please contact customer services on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries to have your account checked.
