Good morning. My account in the career section has been locked. Since I need to log in into that to complete the next phase of an application I wonder if someone can help me unlocking that. I tried to do "forgot your password" but it still says that the account is locked.

Hi @Pedropp97   this isn't something we're familiar with as we don't deal with recruitment. Is there no time frame on how long the account is locked for? Normally, you'd request your forgotten password and attempt it again. It may have locked for 24 hours. Have you tried since?

Instead of 24 hours I waited 48 hours and now I could change my password and unlock my account.
