Hi
I recently swapped internet provider in April to Vodafone. Ever since then my Now TV stick keeps losing connection after about 5 minutes, whereas I never had the issue before switching ISP. I've tried resetting the router, & Now TV stick software is up to date.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Just to clarify, are all other devices that're connected to your Vodafone WiFi working fine?
Also, could you try using the NOW TV stick in a different TV or device and see if the same thing happens or not? Let me know how you get on 😊

No problems with any other devices (mobile, laptop, tablet) as I work from home all day & no issues with connection dropping. Mobile phone & tablet no issues either. I only have on TV so unfortunately unable to try the stick in a different one.

@richardsmdonna there is nothing that should be stopping the connection or disconnected it. I would recommend contacting NOW TV for specific troubleshooting on the stick if you're able to connect everything else fine to the Vodafone router without any drop outs or connection issues.

You aren't alone. I am constantly battling to steam TV on Vodafone. My printer, fire stick and now TV box all run on the 2.4ghz. All are experiencing issues. Vodafone have packed down access to the router too so can't even fix or get a work around.
