Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I just wanted to hopefully get some positive feedback about one of the members of your online chat team acknowledged and recorded. 

Yesterday my partner was considering leaving Vodafone and 'Violet' went absolutely above and beyond to consider every single option available to my partner and was able to find a deal that was the best fit.

We wanted to leave Violet positive feedback as she made the whole experience painless and showed a significant level of patience and willingness to go the extra mile to cater for my partner's needs.

However, when leaving the chat function, no option to leave feedback was available. 

Please can you get this feedback to Violet and her team?
