I just had a very positive experience with a Vodafone livechat agent called Gemma.

She was very helpful, answering my questions and finding me a package perfectly suited to me. I said I'd be leaving positive feedback but then I closed the chat without doing so, whoops!

So anyways, I hope this somehow reaches her.  Thanks!
