I wanted to say a massive thank you to HASSAN in the Vodafone shop in Islington (Liverpool Road).  I called in, with a problem with my phone. He was FANTASTIC. Super-calm, super-helpful, super-clear.

I was a bit stressed out, as I had lost access to all my data - including work contacts. Hassan made everything okay. He made it look simple - maybe it was, FOR HIM.  But for me, it was massive.

This was great customer service. I was so impressed.

I thanked him at the time (this morning) - of course - but hope that this will get passed on within the company. He's a credit to you.

The best places to get this noticed is by posting the good feedback on Vodafone's Facebook page and on Twitter Vodafone Twitter , there would be a good chance that Hassan will see your thanks for the good work getting your contacts restored on your phone.
