Remove website from content ban?

Our website [Removed] is being blocked but it's not an adult website and shouldn't be restricted?

I've checked and the URL is currently being flagged as malware on Virus Total. 

You'll need this to be cleared with the security vendor, before we're able to request reclassification of your site.
