Do you really think giving me a 'communicator badge' will make me feel better - what will make it better is Vodafone behaving like a proper customer focused business!

Too true it's patronising.  I just got a badge for saying thanks!  I am going on 65 years old.  Can I opt out of badges, please?

Hi, at the minute there is no way of opting out of badges.

The Badges are simply a fun way to both encourage and reward interaction on the Forum.

On the whole they have been received very well. Not everyone will appreciate them but apart from the notification message they are fairly innocuous.

It's a shame you feel patronised, that is certainly not their intention.

As mentioned there is no opt out at the moment, so I would suggest you simply ignore them.

Personally I think they are great; and I'm no spring chicken! 😉

there isn't any fun when you've been trying to resolve an issue for 8 weeks!
