Hi @Philwil618
A similar thread here Vodafone-to-move-from-UK.
It is of course your prerogative to use which Network you want to for whatever reason. A person can change networks via requesting a Pac Code and using it within 30 days by giving it to a new network. If your contract has not run full term then you'll pay the Early Termination Fee. ("The Early Termination Fee is the total amount of line rental outstanding for the remainder of the contract, without VAT, and less a 2% rebate.
This figure will be calculated on the price prior to any discounts.
You can confirm the exact figure by calling 191.")
Please take into consideration that not every Network provides the same signal strengths and Data Speeds everywhere, and in the same area. I assume to this point Vodafone have overall supplied a useable Service. Moving Networks may affect this this.
If and and it's a if they do move Headquarters abroad this wouldn't I foresee affect you directly as a Customer.

Vodafone UK won't move it's head office.
It's the group function that will move to an EU country. That will be part of a pattern of corporate moves that will follow Brexit as night follows day.

The reason to leave Vodafone if it moves to Europe is to stay with a British Company. :smileyvery-happy:
Oh wait, I forgot all other my Operators in UK are Foreign owned. :smileywink:
