I'm new to Vodafone. I received a text with a link to redeem my reward points. I hadn't heard of any such scheme. it asks for a small credit card fee of £0.10. sounds like a scam. from a UK mobile number, not the usual smaller company type text code. can you confirm this is a scam. thanks
It's a scam! If you get a text, even if it's a company you have dealings with, never follow the links! If you want to check, log in to that account directly and check that way.
Just been caught out by this!! Grrr. Realised straight away, thank goodness for calling 159, straight through to my bank, card cancelled, no money taken. Just shows how easy it is to get caught, I thought I was very cautious but not cautious enough!
