Hi does not seem to be working via vodafone but is on other networks and via wifi etc.  I believe I need to ask for this to be reassessed by you guys.

I've run the URL provided through Virus Total, and it's showing that some vendors have flagged the site for containing Malware. Please ask whoever maintains your website to clear these issues and if you're still struggling to access the site after, just let us know.

Amendments have been done and we are now showing green on the virus total link that you sent.  Can this now be reassessed by Vodafone.

Hi @LakesideWill - thanks for the update. I've raised this under reference INC000005075922, to be reviewed by our Support Teams. We'll let you know as soon as we get an update. 

@UnoMaster - this can sometimes take up to 72 working hours, depending on what needs to be done and if it needs sending to any other Back Office team (this can then take a little longer). Once we've raised it, my team check for updates to the case reference daily.

How long does it take to whitelist a website? A friend is having trouble with his website and he is asking me for help.
