I have Vodafone full fibre broadband with an Ultra Hub II and 1 range extender. I’ve had this setup for 2 years, no issues.
Randomly yesterday both my Samsung TV’s, my Dell laptop and my PlayStation 5 were unable to connect to the internet. iPhone 16 also kept dropping the network.
When I open the network option on these devices, they seem to only have the 5ghz Vodafone network (there is a 5ghz logo next to the Vodafone network name).
Vodafone tech have suggested using the guest network but it’s just not as quick as the main network, and it’s really inconvenient with different devices on different networks.
anyone else had this? Random it’s just stated doing it. Vodafone tech suggested the devices must have updated but seems highly unlikely they all updated at the same time.
