Cityfibre says yes, Vodafone says No. Help!

I am about to move house in the next couple of months. Currently on 1Gbps with vodafone and happy. 

Looking at what is available, vodafone bradband checker tells me part-fibre, max 27Mbps.

CityFibre tells me Full Fibre is available and recommends vodafone (amongst other providers). I'd like to use vodafone to avoid any early termination charges. Who can help me? 

Important point: CityFIbre installed in the area recently. But again, the building beside seems ok for Vodafone, mine not. HELP!
