I recently started your broadband (November 2023)the first month bill why they changed 64 pounds instead of 32 ,I spoke to the customer service 3 times they said refund the money with in 48 hrs still not yet? Why ? Could you please explain?

Vodafone charge in advance. Due to pro rata billing you will be charged one month in advance. You need to check the dates you have been billed @Amirthavani .The charges will be correct.
