New Pro subscriber and have no details on accessing Norton AntiVirus subscription - any ideas?

Sorry, I am really missing something. I thought we got it free but not sure how to get it? If I go direct to Norton they'll charge me?

That's right @Jowilson4969, If you’re a Pro customer you'll receive Norton anti-virus protection free for 12 months. I think I may have misunderstood your message. Have you not received any information about the subscription?

Tried reaching out to the team and was told that uSwitch were responsible but on reading my contract from Vodafone it's clearly a Vodafone offer. I can't keep spending hours trying to get this - does anyone know how to activate or have a code?

I can't find anything about Norton for new Pro users, the only thing I can find is an offer for all Pro subscribers that expired on the 31st May.
What do you have that says you should get it?
Personally I wouldn't use Norton, even if it was free.

I have a Vodafone contract that states it in its terms. So, who do I need to raise this as a complaint with?
