My xbox 360 won't connect to the Internet it keep saying icmp error I got the new untra hub with 900mb speed so I not sure how to turn on icmp setting

ICMP will definitely be "on" already.  If you've only recently received the new Ultra Hub you might want to set up networking on the XBox360 again.  Something else that's been known to interfere with ICMP data is content filtering, so in this situation, a quick change of the DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 could help (you can set these either on the router or on the XBox360).
