Hi, I have just signed up to Vodafone BB but for some reason when I enter all the information including the temporary password I'm met with a server error, tried reseting again same issue after receiving a text. I have cleared cache and tried on a private window to no avail, thanks

I get the same. But I’m lead to believe that in spite of all the information saying you can log in prior to installation - you can’t actually until your broadband has been installed. I agree - it’s misleading at best and not a good introduction to Vodafone.

So many people have had the same problem. For some reason some people are unable to log in until they are activated.
I personally didn't have the problem.
