Port forwarding with Ultra Hub

Hi there

I've read various threads on here but can't find a solid answer. Port forwarding was working on my Ultra Hub (for Windows Remote Desktop and a Plex server) but stopped, and I'm trying to figure out why. I'm just going to focus on RD for the mo, if I can get that working, Plex should be easy.    Before someone jumps in to say that Vodafone no longer allows port forwarding, I've been through that dance with 'wifi experts' and it's been confirmed by their Resolutions team that they do and that wifi experts are incorrect in stating that Vodafone no longer allows it (it could be an internal misinterpretation of 'they don't support users with setting up port forwarding')

I might be missing something (and I would be both relieved and embarrassed if I've done something daft)  , but it's not hard to set up on the router.  In 'Expert mode', 'Internet' tab, 'IPv4 port mapping'.  Create a new port mapping with local IP, internal port and external port (I'm using 3389 for both).    My settings are below.   However, if I do an external port scan on my (Vodafone assigned) IP address, it tells me that port 3389 is still closed.   But... port 9900 (for Surveillance Station) is open.

What am I doing wrong?

@macinthekitchen  Something has to respond on 192.168.1.183 to the port 3389. Check the PC firewall just in case. Also have you tried with UPnP on?

Thanks.  Firewall is turned off (for the purposes of testing).  UPnP is on, but I don't think RD can use UPnP, and it kept flaking out for plex (which would report that it was reachable, then a few seconds later report that it wasn't)
